Hate - Steal the Show - 2007

I've taken time to learn your faults
You pushed me back into a cold stone wall
I swear it's not easy
To know which way you're leaning
So I can catch you when I think you'll fall

Then you turn and say it's evident
That all your faults are caused by recompense
It's my actions
That seek the reaction
You fashion a vengeance
Subconscious and verging on

Hate
Is it too late?
To save face
Is it too late?

You tell me love isn't about who's wrong
But we both know it's an old aging song
The pillars we build on
We kill on
And still long the thrill of love that has come and gone

But when you sleep I feel that inner piece
That awesome glow, it always makes me weak
But then your eyes open
And all hope is broken
Unspoken and stoking the flames of

Hate
Is it too late?
To save face
Is it too late?

Doesn't it bother you?
The way we cycle through
A life of servitude
From love to hate
From love to hate
From love to hate
To hate love

Hate
Is it too late?
To save face
Is it too late?
